libaria-dev software package provides C++ library for MobileRobots/ActivMedia robots (devel), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaria-dev
libaria-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaria-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaria-dev *
You will get with libaria-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
